印制板电连接器广泛应用于航天器无引线电子单机,实现电能传输和信号传递,其工作可靠性直接影响电子单机的正常运行。分析了航天电子产品印制板电连接器典型失效案例及原因,电子装联过程引入的多余物是导致电连接器失效的主要原因。多余物引入风险存在于印制板电连接器装联全过程,通过工艺方法改进及工艺流程优化,可有效控制装联过程多余物。 |

PCB electrical connector is widely used in spacecraft wireless power supply to transmit electrical energy and signals. It directly affects the stable operation of power supply. According to the analysis of typical failure cases, residue is the main cause of PCB electrical connector failure, which can be introduced by all aspects of electronic assembly. Through improvement and optimization in process, the residue can be effectively removed. |
