随着航天电子产品复杂化、小型化需求的提高,越来越多的新型元器件应运而生,与之相匹配的电装工艺技术也在不断推陈出新。根据JVNX连接器的特点,针对JVNX连接器的焊接难点,创新性地从工装设计、印刷、贴装、回流焊接和焊接质量检验等几个方面探究了JVNX连接器的相关电装工艺技术,从而提高JVNX连接器的焊接质量。 |

With the increasing demand for the complexity and miniaturization of aerospace electronic products, more and more new components emerge as the times require, and the matching electronic assembly technology is constantly bringing forth new ones. According to the characteristics of JVNX connector, aiming at the welding difficulties of jvnx connector, this paper innovatively explores the relevant electrical installation technology of JVNX connector from the aspects of tooling design, printing, mounting, reflow welding and welding quality inspection, so as to improve the welding quality of JVNX connector. |
