通过调节焊接热输入、焊前预热及焊后缓冷等方法,研究了TiAl合金的电子束焊接裂纹敏感性,并测试了焊接接头的室温及高温拉伸性能。结果表明,减小焊接热输入和焊前预热及焊后缓冷工艺能够减小合金的裂纹倾向,改善焊缝组织的塑性、韧性,消除焊缝凝固裂纹的产生;焊接接头室温抗拉强度为367MPa,760℃高温抗拉强度为412.5MPa,室、高温拉伸试样全部断裂于母材部位,表明无裂纹的TiAl合金电子束焊接接头具有良好的室、高温拉伸性能。 |

The electron beam welding crack sensitivity of TiAl alloys were studied by adjusting the welding heat input, preheating before welding and slow cooling after welding. The tensile properties of the welded joints at room temperature and high temperature were tested. The results show that the reduction of welding heat input, preheating before welding and slow cooling after welding could reduce the cracking tendency of alloys, improve plasticity and toughness of weld microsturcture, and eliminate weld solidification crack. The tensile strength of the welded joints was 367MPa at room temperature and 413MPa at high temperature of 760℃. All the tensile samples at room temperature and high temperature were broken at the base material, that indicating the TiAl alloy electron beam welding joints without cracks had good tensile properties at room and high temperature. |
