飞行器组件在装配时会出现偏差传递造成装配偏差的累积,装配偏差会降低飞行器气动外形的准确度,直接影响其飞行性能。飞行器的容差问题成为制约飞行器制造质量提升的关键问题。通过仿真软件3DCS对某飞行器组件装配工艺过程进行公差仿真分析,验证组件装配工艺方案的合理性,对保证组件的装配质量,提高组件的气动性能具有重要意义。 |

During the assembly of aircraft components, there will be deviation transfer, resulting in the accumulation of assembly deviation, which will reduce the accuracy of the aerodynamic shape of aerocraft, and directly affect its flight performance. The tolerance problem of aircraft becomes the key problem that restricts the quality improvement of aircraft manufacturing. In this paper, through the simulation software 3DCS, the assembly process of an aircraft component is simulated and analyzed, and the rationality of the assembly process scheme is verified. It is of great significance to ensure the assembly quality of the components and improve the aerodynamic performance of the components. |
