为了完成外场真实性检验试验天线系统的扫描任务,设计了二维扫描机构。首先确定了机构二维运动方式,并设计了负载计算和控制系统。结果表明,二维扫描机构可以完成俯仰运动范围内的低速平稳运动和任意位置的精确定位,同时也能在方位范围内进行低速平稳回转和任意位置的精确定位,并顺利完成了外场真实性检验试验,为类似二维扫描机构设计提供了参考。 |

In order to complete the scanning task of the field authenticity test antenna system, a two-dimensional scanning mechanism is designed. Firstly, the two-dimensional motion mode of the mechanism is determined, and the load calculation and control system design are carried out. The results show that the two-dimensional scanning mechanism can achieve low-speed and smooth motion in the range of pitch motion and accurate positioning at any position. At the same time, it can rotate smoothly at low speed and locate accurately at any position in the azimuth range. And successfully completed the field authenticity test. It provides a reference for the design of similar two-dimensional scanning mechanism. |
