随着智能制造的不断推进,贯穿产品全生命周期的工业大数据越发受到重视。针对愈演愈烈的航天产品多品种、变批量、短周期研制生产模式,分析了产品制造过程中产生的海量、多源数据,提出一种数据驱动的智能化工艺设计模式。通过主流三维软件平台进行了验证,证明了模式的可行性,为后续进一步深化智能化工艺设计、实现精益工艺奠定基础。 |

Abstract: |
With the development of intelligent manufacturing, industry big data which runs through the whole life cycle of products attracts more and more attention. Firstly, this paper analyzes the massive and multi-source data generated in the manufacturing process of the increasingly extensive multi-variety variable-batch and short-cycle mode of space products, and proposes a data-driven intelligent process design way. Lastly, the feasibility of this model is verified by the mainstream 3D software, which lays a foundation for further deepening the intelligent process design and realizing the lean process. |
