以某飞行器电缆罩在飞行过程及地面高温环境的实际使用为牵引,采用高残炭量酚醛改性有机硅树脂为基体,研究出了一种非烧蚀型树脂基涂料。在有限的空间内对电缆罩表面进行保护,有效地避免了飞行器在使用过程中的风险。对涂料的喷涂工艺与试验结果进行了分析,并通过飞行试验考核。 |

Based on the actual use of a certain aircraft cable cover during flight and high temperature environment on the ground, a non-ablative resin-based coating was developed based on the using of high residual carbon content phenolic modified silicone resin as the matrix. The surface of the cable cover is protected in a limited space, effectively avoiding the risk of the aircraft in use. The coating process and test results were analyzed and passed the flight test assessment. |
