反射面天线装配质量直接影响着天线的电性能指标,传统的天线装配定位对工装和操作人员均提出了较高的要求,使得天线的装配质量和装配效率得不到有效控制。为了提高天线的装配精度,提出一种基于实测模型的天线装配定位与补偿方法,以实际扫描测量的点云数据为基础,对点云分割、模型重构、装配定位等方法展开研究,构建天线实测模型。在三维空间中以实测模型代替理论模型进行虚拟装配,确定零件修搓量。 |

Abstract: |
The assembly quality of the reflector antenna has a direct influence on the electrical performance of the antenna. The traditional antenna assembly and positioning puts forward higher requirements on both the tooling and the operators, which makes the assembly quality and efficiency of the antenna hardly to be effectively controlled. In order to improve the assembly accuracy of the antenna, an assembly positioning and compensation method based on the measurement data model was proposed. Based on the actual scanning point cloud data, point cloud segmentation, model reconstruction, assembly positioning and other methods were studied, and accordingly the antenna measurement data model was constructed. In the three-dimension space, the actual model is used to replace the theoretical model for virtual assembly to determine the amount of parts rubbing or compensation. |
