为满足运载火箭短壳自动钻铆设备的数控编程需求,结合自动钻铆工艺流程与数控程序结构,分析了自动钻铆设备运动学模型,提出了一种基于数控程序结构的钻铆加工信息生成方法和基于齐次矩阵法的模块化运动控制算法。以此为基础,研究开发了自动钻铆离线编程系统,并以某型火箭短壳自动铆接为应用对象,经离线编程与仿真验证了系统生成的数控程序完整性和运动控制准确性。 |

In order to meet the NC programming requirements of rocket short shell automatic drilling and riveting equipment, combined with automatic drilling and riveting process and NC program structure, analyzed the kinematic model of automatic drilling and riveting equipment. A drilling and riveting processing information generation method and motion control algorithm are proposed. On this basis, the offline programming system is developed. Taking an end frame as an example, through offline programming and simulation, it is proved that the NC program is complete and the motion control is accurate. |
