According to the characteristics of small batch and complex product structure of aerospace special vehicle, this paper introduces how to convert the manual hydraulic pipeline of the original product into NC pipe bending program. According to the inherent characteristics of the existing NC pipe bending machine, calculate the rebound amount of hydraulic pipeline under specific conditions, accurately calculate the blanking length of hydraulic pipe blank. Finally improve the pipe bending efficiency and pipeline consistency. |
