描述一种可扩展相控阵天线阵面的散热结构组成,对其采用的多级串联液冷散热方式进行详细论述,建立该种散热方式的数学模型。利用热试验的测试数据论证并求解数学模型。根据数学模型分析天线阵面的散热性能,同时分析了该类型散热方式的各影响因素,得出阵面扩展时温度场变化值进行量化的方法,可实现阵面扩展时散热性能的快速评估 |

Abstract: |
This paper sketches a thermal structure of an array antenna, and discusses the ways of multistage liquid cooling. A mathematical model of heat dissipation is build, which is solved and improved through the heating experiment data. Based on the mathematical model, the performance of the heat dissipation of the array aperture is analysed, and the influence factors of the heat dissipation are analysed at the same time. The quantification method of temperature field variation during the expansion of the antennas can be used for rapid assenssment of the heat dissipation performance. |
