航天运载火箭的阀门类产品上箭前的振动试验多为三个振动方向,为减少换方向所需时间以及人力、设备的消耗,提出一种三向合一振动试验方法,可实现一次振动代替三个方向的振动试验。设计了两种工装方案,分别完成了工装设计并进行了试验验证,通过对比得出最优设计方法,并对此方法进行了模态分析,该方法拟应用于后续小型阀门振动试验上。 |

At present, the vibration experiments of valve products before installed on the rocket used in space launch vehicles are mostly three vibration directions. To reduce the time required to change directions and the consumption of manpower and equipment, a three-way synthesis of one direction vibration experimental method is proposed. It realized vibration experiment in place of three directions. Two design schemes for frock are proposed. The frock designs were completed and tests were verified. The optimal design method is obtained by comparison, which is carried out by modal analysis. This method is intended to be applied to the subsequence small valve vibration experiments. |
