| 从当前产品研制过程中，以风险管控为核心的产品保证工作存在的问题切入，阐述了以“计划流程、技术流程、产保流程”三流程融合为基础的产品保证管理方法，提出了结构化产品保证的模型架构，并研究如何实现流程与产品保证工作的融合，如何执行在线产品保证；并在某型产品中进行了实际应用，初步实现了“管理体系化，工作流程化，实施定量化”的过程监控模式，取得良好效果。 |

| Starting from the issues occurred in the risk-control-based product assurance work, this article elaborated the method of product assurance management on the basis of the three-process fusion method-planning process, technological process, and product assurance process. It proposed the model framework based on the assured structured products and explored on how to realize the integration between process and product and how to perform online product assurance. This article also applied the method into practice in a particular product, preliminarily realizing and well achieving the process monitoring model of “systematic management, product-based workflow, and quantitative implementation.” |
