某型空气舵由舵轴与舵片通过直销铆接成型,铆接后舵片根部平面与舵轴的垂直度合格率不足30%。现对直销、舵轴与舵片铆接孔位进行优化设计,优化后采用中性面为直径Φ8mm的莫式0度锥销及锥孔配合用以精确定位。通过计算锥销的直径及长度,采用线切割配加工舵片与舵轴铆接孔位,再按特定的顺序和方法铆接锥销,通过铆接试验和静力试验考核验证了该工艺方法的可行性。 |

Research on Riveting Technology of An Air Rudder Based on Taper Pin |

One certain type of air rudder is formed by riveting the rudder shaft and blade through a straight pin, while the qualification rate of verticality between root plane of rudder blade and rudder shaft is less than 30%. An optimization is conducted on the straight pin and the riveting hole between the rudder shaft and blade to use a Morse 0 degree taper pin with neutral surface of Φ8mm and a taper hole for accurate positioning. According to the diameter and length of taper pin, the riveting hole between rudder blade and rudder shaft is processed by wire cutting, and then the taper pin is riveted according to the specific sequence and method. The feasibility of this technology is verified by riveting test and static test. |
