针对某特种车尾梁装配、焊接变形,从尾梁拼焊结构入手,通过分析尾梁受力情况,设计了尾梁零部件焊接定位工装,总结出一套控制尾梁焊接变形,提高装配精度的工艺方法,并进行了多次验证,初步解决了尾梁因焊接变形引起的精度保证性差问题。 |

This paper analyzes the assembly and welding deformation of the tail beam of a special vehicle, starting from the butt welding structure of the tail beam, through analyzing the stress of the tail beam, designs the welding and positioning fixture for the parts of the tail beam, and sums up a set of control welding deformation of the tail beam, the method of improving assembly precision has been verified for many times, and the problem of poor accuracy guarantee caused by welding deformation of tail beam has been solved preliminarily. |
