| 针对GEO通信卫星电缆网轻量化的需求,分析了影响电缆网质量特性的关键因素,提出了两种电缆网轻量化设计方案,一种是针对约占整星电缆网总质量70%的信号传输电缆,采用AWG28轻量化导体导线优化设计,并提出一种电连接器匹配焊接装联工艺,实现了AWG28导线在通信卫星领域的首次工程应用,该优化方案相较优化前的整星电缆网减重9.92kg;另一种是采用轻质绝缘层材料导线,针对国产新一代C55/x3系列宇航用轻型导线产品样本进行试验验证,设计轻质绝缘层电缆网绑扎、敷设等安装防护措施,并在某型号GEO通信卫星实现该系列导线的首次工程应用,该方案相较原整星电缆网可减重6.21kg。在确保技术性能、可靠性、安全性等条件下,本文提出的两种GEO通信卫星电缆网轻量化设计方案可行有效。 |

| Aiming at the lightweight requirements of GEO telecommunication satellite harness, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the harness weight and puts forward two lightweight design schemes. One is using lightweight conductor AWG28 wires for the signal transmission cable which accounts for about 70% of the total mass of the whole satellite harness, and designing the special assembly process. It achieves the first application of AWG28 wires in telecommunication satellite. After optimization the whole satellite harness weight is reduced 9.92kg. Another is using the domestic C55/x3 series which is a lightweight insulated material aerospace wire, and designing the installation and protective measures for GEO telecommunication satellite harness. The results show that the whole satellite harness weight is reduced 6.21kg than before. The schemes presented in this paper are feasible and effective on the premise of ensuring technical performance, reliability and security. |
