This paper analyzes and studies the manufacturing problem and production bottleneck of 10m large section and thin-walled arm structure. The technical scheme is formulated from the overall splicing scheme design, local deep bending molding, and structural optimization and improvement. After the product production verification, a reasonable and feasible process scheme is formed to meet the requirements of technical indicators. |
