针对火箭发动机关联管路约束点位多、取样难度大、制造时机晚、占用总装周期长的问题,提出利用远程数字化模装预制技术,异地采集发动机边界数据,与舱体点云模型拼接,经数据处理,快速获取折弯信息,实现了管路单部段状态下提前精准预制。将“总装等待管路”的串联研制模式升级为“管路等待总装”的并联研制模式,大幅缩短了总装周期,摆脱了对箭体整体环境的依赖,为进一步实现管路产品化整体研制奠定了良好基础。 |

Aiming at the problems of many constraint points, difficult sampling, late sampling time and long assembly cycle of rocket engine related pipelines, this paper proposes to use remote digital molding precast technology to measure engine boundary data in different places, splice with cabin point cloud model, and quickly obtain bending information through data processing, so as to realize accurate prefabrication of pipelines in advance. The manufacturing mode of “pipeline waiting for assembly” is changed into “pipeline waiting for assembly”, which greatly shortens the assembly cycle, gets rid of the dependence on the overall environment of the rocket body, and lays a good foundation for further realizing the overall development of the pipeline. |
