| 针对某超细长比40Cr材质导轨在生产过程中出现导轨开裂、变形等质量问题,从毛坯热处理工序及机加工艺流程入手,通过选取合适的淬火介质、优化装炉形式及热处理参数、对导轨直角处在调质前进行倒圆角处理、增加时效工序,制定合理的机加工序流程等,最终降低了导轨开裂几率,使导轨变形量得以控制,导轨生产合格率大幅提升。 |

| A super slender 40Cr guide rail has quality problems such as guide rail cracking and deformation in the production process. This paper starts with the blank heat treatment process and machining process flow, and finally reduces the probability of guide rail cracking by selecting the appropriate quenching medium, optimizing the charging form and heat treatment parameters, rounding the right angle of the guide rail before quenching and tempering, increasing the aging process, and formulating a reasonable machining process flow. The deformation of guide rail can be controlled, and the qualification rate of guide rail production can be greatly improved. |
