| 采用基于锁相的红外热成像检测方法对OSR粘接界面缺陷进行无损检测,分析了红外锁相成像检测方法的检测原理,制作了含自然缺陷的试样,并进行红外热像检测方法的检测能力和成像规律研究。结果表明,基于红外锁相的热成像检测方法能够实现对OSR粘接界面内空洞类缺陷的有效检出,可检出的最小缺陷面积为Φ1.5mm当量,具有较高的检测灵敏度。 |

| In this paper, a non-destructive detection method based on locked-in infrared thermal imaging is used to detect OSR bonding inerface defects. The technical principle of infrared thermal imaging detection method is analyzed, samples with natural defects are maded, and the detection ability of infrared thermal imaging edtecton methods are researched.The results show that, thermal miaging detection method based on infrared phase locked-in can effectively detect the holes in the OSR bonding interface in actual combat, the smallest defect size that can be detected is 1.5mm, and the method has hight detection sensitivity. |
