通过研究光纤陀螺关键的60μm超细径保偏光纤涂层剥除、端面切割、对轴熔接等工艺过程中存在的技术难点,改良光纤剥离设备,优化切割刀张力参数,改进对轴熔接工艺等措施,基本解决了制造过程中涉及60μm超细径光纤熔接的一次合格率问题,并通过批量化生产交付,完成了验证考核。 |

The technical difficulties in the process of coating stripping, end-cutting and fiber-fusion of the key 60μm ultra-fine diameter polarization maintaining optical fiber are studied for IFOG. By improving the optical fiber stripping equipment, optimizing the tension parameters of the cutter, improving the fiber-fusion process, the first pass-rate of 60μm ultra-fine diameter optical fiber fusion in the manufacturing process are solved. With mass production and delivery, the verification assessment was complete. |
