Abstract: |
In order to promote the aerospace electronic microsystem technology to be independent and controllable, and to reach the international leading level, this paper takes the development demand of microsystem technology as the base, discusses from two perspectives of general route and technology route, and proposes feasible and strategic suggestions for the development of microsystem in three aspects: “microsystem co-design technology”, “microsystem manufacturing technology”, and “microsystem product planning”, so as to further support China’s aerospace industry to achieve high quality, high speed and high efficiency. |
