针对卫星结构产品制造生产组织管理难度大、管控和优化难度大等难点,提出一种卫星结构生产线数字孪生系统,通过对产品、设备、人员、环境等信息进行实时采集和处理,实现了卫星结构数控加工生产线生产数据动态可视化监控、以及生产线运行状态评估和预测,经应用验证,可显著提升生产线管控效率。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the difficulties in satellite structural manufacturing organization and management, control and optimization, a digital twin system for satellite structural production line is proposed. By the real-time data acquisition and processing of product, equipment, worker, environment and other information, the dynamic visual monitoring of production data of the satellite structure CNC machining production line, as well as the evaluation and prediction of the operation status of the production line are realized. The application shows that, the proposed system can significantly increase the management efficiency of production line. |
