针对长尾管锥形的复合防热结构件采用手工方式涂胶效率低,涂胶不均匀等现状,设计了一种气动自动化涂胶方式,可实现涂胶量和胶层均匀性控制。通过工艺试验确定出胶压强、胶粘剂使用时效、旋转速度等关键工艺参数,满足产品自动化生产需求。 |

In view of the low efficiency and uneven gluing of the long tail tube conical compound thermal protection structural parts, a pneumatic automatic gluing method was designed to control the amount of gluing and the uniformity of the glue layer. Through the process test to determine the glue pressure, adhesive aging, rotation speed and other key process parameters to meet the needs of automatic production. |
