随着越来越多的印制板组件小型化、轻量化的发展,点胶加固也出现在更多的应用场景中,传统的点胶方式采用人工手持硅橡胶的点固方法,一致性差且生产效率很低,成为生产流程中的瓶颈。针对这些问题,创造性地采用了视觉性自动化点胶的方式,从点胶方式、点胶参数探究等方面进行工艺技术探究,提高印制板组件点胶加固的效率和一致性。 |

With the development of miniaturization and lightweight of more and more printed board components, dispensing and reinforcement also appear in more application scenarios. The traditional dispensing method uses manual hand-held silicone rubber, which has poor consistency and low production efficiency, and has become a bottleneck in the production process. To solve these problems, a visual automatic dispensing method is creatively adopted to explore the process technology from the dispensing method, dispensing parameters and other aspects, so as to improve the efficiency and consistency of dispensing and reinforcement of printed board components. |
