针对卫星电缆装配序列规划不当会影响卫星整星装配质量和研制进度的问题,提出一种基于模型和规则的卫星电缆网装配序列规划技术,重点研究了电缆装配序列规划业务流程、电缆装配序列约束要素分析和约束要素提取流程、权重规则库构建与综合排序算法设计、智能显隐流程设计等内容,并设计了软件实现架构和主要功能,实现了基于模型和规则的电缆装配序列规划和辅助装配并达到一次装星成功的目标。 |

Aiming at the problem that improper satellite cable assembly sequence planning will affect the quality and development progress of the whole satellite, a model and rule-based satellite cable network assembly sequence planning technology is proposed, focusing on the business process of cable assembly sequence planning, the process of cable assembly constraint element analysis and constraint element extraction, the construction of sorting rule base, the design of comprehensive sorting algorithm, and the design of intelligent explicit and implicit process. The software implementation architecture and main functions are designed, and the goal of assembly sequence planning based on model and rules and the success of one-time satellite assembly of auxiliary assembly cable are realized. |
