针对飞行器折叠舵扭杆弹簧扭转后残余变形影响产品质量的问题,采用振动时效方法进行过程应力消除,通过设计振动工装、振动控制系统参数,开展扭杆弹簧振动时效试验,通过不同状态扭杆弹簧扭转角对比分析,验证振动环境下应力消除的有效性,为后期飞行器折叠舵扭杆弹簧尺寸稳定性提高提供借鉴。 |

In this paper, aiming at the problem that the residual deformation of torsion bar spring of aircraft rudder affects the product quality after torsion, the vibration aging method is used to eliminate the process stress. By designing the vibration tooling and vibration control system parameters, the torsion bar spring vibration aging test is carried out. Through the comparative analysis of torsion angle of torsion bar spring in different states, the effectiveness of stress elimination in vibration environment is verified. It provides a reference for improving the dimension stability of torsion bar spring of aircraft rudder in the later stage. |
