5A06与7A52-T6铝合金摩擦螺柱焊组织与力学性能研究 |

摘要: |
针对高强铝合金螺柱与基板熔化焊接存在的锌元素烧损、气孔/裂纹倾向性高、界面氧化膜难去除等问题,本研究提出了轴肩辅助式摩擦螺柱焊方法,成功实现了5A06铝合金螺柱与7A52-T6铝合金基板的优质焊接。结果表明,辅助轴肩可同时实现“控形”和“控性”的作用,焊缝表面成形光滑,无飞边缺陷。内部界面结合良好,无弱连接等缺陷。在优化的焊接参数下,摩擦螺柱焊剪切强度达245MPa。 |

Aiming at the issues of zinc burning-loss, high porosity and crack tendency, and difficulty on removal of the interfacial oxide films associated with fusion welding of high-strength aluminum alloy studs and substrates, sleeve-assisted friction stud welding was proposed, in which the 5A06 studs and 7A52-T6 substrates were successfully welded. The results showed that the sleeve could realize the synchronous controlling of shape and performance. The smooth surface could be obtained and no flash defects were formed on the surface of joint. Meanwhile, the interfacial bonding condition was sound without kissing-bond defect. The shear strength of the friction stud welding joints reached 245MPa. |
