挠性陀螺作为二自由度陀螺仪表,受机械结构误差影响,在实际生产中存在交叉耦合。以挠性接头为研究对象,分析其质量水平对交叉耦合的影响机理和程度,建立能够描述挠性接头误差引起交叉耦合成因的物理误差模型,能够定量计算挠性接头精度引起交叉耦合量值的数学误差模型。提出挠性接头质量控制措施,包括组合加工工艺方法和刚度对称性、静态间隙均匀性筛选工艺方法。工程实践表明,数学误差模型能够定量分析挠性接头精度和交叉耦合的比例关系。经由组合加工、筛选工艺方法生产的挠性接头,精度和质量显著提高;挠性陀螺的交叉耦合稳定控制为不大于1%。这对提高挠性陀螺测量角速度精度具有积极意义。 |

As a two-degree-of-freedom gyro instrument, flexible gyro is cross-coupled in practical production due to mechanical structure errors. Taking flexible joint as the research object, the influence mechanism and degree of its quality level on cross coupling were analyzed, and a physical error model was established which could describe the cause of cross coupling caused by flexible joint error, and a mathematical error model which could quantitatively calculate the value of cross coupling caused by flexible joint precision. The quality control measures of flexible joint are put forward, including combination machining process, stiffness symmetry and static clearance uniformity screening process. The engineering practice shows that the mathematical error model can quantitatively analyze the proportional relationship between the precision of flexible joint and cross coupling. The precision and quality of flexible joints produced by combination processing and screening technology are significantly improved. The cross-coupled stability control of the flexible gyro is less than 1%. It is of positive significance to improve the measurement accuracy of the diagonal velocity of the flexible gyro. |
