为了解决焊接件有限元分析精度低的问题,本文采用非线性数值分析的方法对典型焊接件的应力和变形情况进行了计算。研究了结构非线性分析理论方法,找到了合理的缺陷系数设置方法,通过算例分析和实验验证,表明非线性分析与实际情况的吻合度较高,误差在5%以内,验证了分析方法和数学模型的正确性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to solve the low accuracy problem in welded parts finite element analysis, nonlinear numerical analysis method is used to calculate the stress and deformation of embedded reinforcing structure of pressure vessel. The theoretical method of structural nonlinear analysis is studied, a reasonable mean is found to set the coefficient of defects. Through numerical analysis and experiment verification, the results show that simulation and experiment are consistent with each other and the error is less than 5%, which validate the effective method and model. |
