针对固体火箭发动机喷管粘接使用要求,研制了室温固化胶粘剂,进行了胶粘剂配方、胶粘剂高低温力学性能测试、胶粘剂寿命预估等研究。得到胶粘剂的性能指标:拉伸强度33.71MPa、冲击韧性0.40J/cm2、剪切强度23.69MPa、氧乙炔线烧蚀率0.37mm/s、导热系数0.329W/(m?K)。结果表明:室温固化胶粘剂可以满足固体火箭发动机喷管粘接的使用要求。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the adhesive purpose of solid rocket engine nozzle bonding, the adhesive formula of a kind of room temperature curing was developed by testing of mechanical properties, high and low temperature mechanical performance and lifespan of the adhesive etc. Performance indicators achieved: tensile strength 33.71MPa, impact toughness 0.40J/cm2, shear strength 23.69MPa, oxyacetylene linear ablative rate 0.37mm/s, thermal conductivity 0.329W/(m?K). It is indicated that the adhesive can meet the requirements of solid rocket engine nozzle bonding. |
