薄壁复杂结构件在航天制造业的应用越来越广泛,传统手工数控编程不能胜任,效率低、易出错,难以在高端复杂设备上实现程序的精准输出。针对一种典型的薄壁复杂结构件,运用EDGECAM软件进行数控编程和NCSIMUL软件进行加工仿真模拟,解决传统手工编程难度大、易出错、准备周期长等问题,实现零件的高效高速加工,保证产品质量,为解决同类问题提供借鉴。 |

Abstract: |
The application of thin-walled complex structural parts in the aerospace manufacturing industry is becoming more and more extensive. The traditional manual CNC programming is incompetent, inefficient, error-prone, and difficult to achieve accurate program output on high-end complex equipment. For a typical thin-walled complex structural part, EDGECAM software is used for CNC programming and NCSIMUL software for processing simulation. Which solves the problems of difficult traditional manual programming, easy to make mistakes, and long preparation cycle, realizes efficient and high-speed processing of parts, ensures product quality, and provides reference for solving similar problems. |
