阵面电源是相控阵雷达阵面的重要组成部分,阵面电源具有功率大、热耗高、热源集中的特点。某雷达天线阵面为密闭环境,空气流动性差,对阵面电源的散热造成了困难,设计稳定可靠高效的散热方案是保证阵面电源正常工作的关键。通过分析阵面电源的散热需求,提出散热方案,详细进行结构设计和热设计,建立三维模型,并通过仿真分析验证了设计的合理性。 |

The array power supply is an important part of the phased array radar, the array power supply has the characteristics of large power, high heat consumption, heat source consumption. A radar antenna array is a closed environment; the air flow is poor, causing difficulties in the heat dissipation of the power supply. The design of stable, reliable and efficient cooling scheme is the key to ensure the normal operation of the array supply. By analyzing the heat dissipation requirements of the array power supply, the heat dissipation scheme is proposed, the detailed structure and thermal design are carried out, the three-dimensional model is established, and the rationality of the design is verified by simulation analysis. |
