Filament winding is widely used in pressure vessels, wind turbine blades, etc., in which case the winding trajectories is an important factor affecting performance. The advantage of non-geodesic winding is that the winding trajectories can be designed according to needs, so that the fiber strength can be fully utilized. This article provides a comprehensive discussion on the current research status of non-geodesic winding, which can provide a reference for optimizing the design of non-geodesic winding. |
