采用氯化铝-1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑氯化物(AlCl3–EMIC)型离子液体对弹簧零件电镀铝。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)分析了铝镀层的微观形貌和元素组成,检测了铝镀层的相关性能。结果表明,铝镀层分布均匀、无漏镀起皮缺陷,结合力、摩擦性良好,中性盐雾试验96 h后无白锈,336 h后无红锈,无氢脆现象,通过载人火箭两次飞行验证,综合性能满足航天产品要求。 |

Aluminum electroplating was carried out on the surface of spring parts steel fastening gaskets and connectors for aerospace application in an ionic liquid comprising AlCl3 and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride. The microstructure and elemental composition of Al coating were analyzed by metallography, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Some properties of Al-electroplated specimens were tested. The results showed that the Al coating was uniform in distribution and grain size without defects such as skip plating and peeling, free of hydrogen embrittlement, good adhesion and wear resistance, and could endure neutral salt spray test for 96 h without white rust and for 336 h without red rust, spring parts with aluminum coating have been verified by two manned rocket flights and meeting the requirements of aerospace products. |
