针对航空发动机环形罩壳零件整体成形时产生起皱和开裂的问题,提出环形罩壳零件一道次充液拉深成形工艺。在分析计算和有限元仿真基础上实现了工艺参数优化,并开展了成形工艺实验研究。随液室压力的增大,环形罩壳零件侧壁起皱趋势降低;同时,在合理的压边力下局部凸包的减薄率逐渐降低,充液拉深成形能够显著抑制曲面起皱与底部开裂,解决环形罩壳零件整体成形制造难题。 |

A novel forming method for manufacturing the annular shell in aero-engine utilizing hydroforming was proposed to solve the problem of cracking and wrinkling. The process parameters were optimized by theoretical analysis and simulation, and the experiment was carried out to deeply explore the influence of process parameters on forming defects. The results showed that the wrinkling tendency decreases with the increase of the liquid pressure. The maximum thinning rate of the part decreases gradually under appropriate blank holder force. The surface wrinkling and cracking of the annular shell in aero-engine can be significantly suppressed by sheet hydroforming. This new method can effectively solve the problem of the forming and manufacturing of the annular shell in aero-engine. |
