热障涂层(TBC)技术是航空发动机的关键核心技术之一,其中YSZ(Y2O3部分稳定的ZrO2)TBC应用最广泛,近年来环境沉积物(CMAS,CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2)腐蚀成为其失效的重要原因。本文以一种极具应用前景的热防护涂层材料Ti2AlC为研究对象,系统地研究了Ti2AlC/YSZ热障涂层的制备工艺、抗CMAS腐蚀性能,考察了热防护层的退化机理,为新型热防护涂层材料Ti2AlC的高温应用提供理论支撑。 |

Thermal barrier coating (TBC) is one of the key core technologies of the aeroengine,among which YSZ (Y2O3 partially stabilized ZrO2) TBC is the most widely used. In recent years, the corrosion of environmental deposits (CMAS, CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2) has become an important reason for YSZ failure. This paper takes Ti2AlC, a promising thermal-protective coating material, as the object of study, systematically explored the preparation technology, CMAS corrosion resistance of Ti2AlC/YSZ TBC, and investigated the degradation mechanism of the thermal-protective coating. The results could provide theoretical support for the high temperature application of the Ti2AlC thermal-protective coating. |
