为了评估去离子水介质对某型号2A14铝合金贮箱内表面质量的影响,本文开展了去离子水液压循环浸泡试验与湿热试验,结果表明:经过去离子水液压循环浸泡后的试样未出现产品表面腐蚀现象,去离子水介质可以用于2A14铝合金贮箱的液压试验和容积测量,但应当避免试验过程中形成高温高湿气氛;经去离子水浸泡和重铬酸钾(K2Cr2O7)水溶液浸泡的2A14试片,两者的耐腐蚀性基本相当,经去离子水浸泡的5A06试片耐腐蚀性略优于重铬酸钾(K2Cr2O7)水溶液浸泡的5A06试片。 |

To access the influence of deionized water on the surface quality of 2A14 aluminum alloy fuel tank of launch vehicle, and prevent the corrosion of the aluminum material, the cyclic soak test of specimens in pressured deionized water and damp heat test is conducted in this paper. Results show that specimens under cyclic soak test in pressured deionized water have no sign of surface corrosion, the deionized water can be used for pressure test and cubage test of 2A14 aluminum alloy fuel tank without high temperature and high humidity; deionized water leads to equal corrosion resistance of 2A14 aluminum specimens compared with potassium dichromate solution and more corrosion resistance of 5A06 aluminum specimens compared with potassium dichromate solution. |
