为促进电磁流变技术在航天领域中的应用,对国内外电磁流变材料及器件的研究进展进行了详细阐
述。从材料的类型、流变特性以及研发历程三方面对电磁流变材料进行了分类汇总;介绍了电磁流变器件的工
作原理,并对电磁流变器件构造形式与参数优化方法进行了综述和比较;总结了磁流变技术在整星隔振系统中
的研究现状和应用难题;指出了电流变材料及器件在整星隔振系统的应用优势和技术挑战,最后展望了电磁流
变技术应用于航天隔振中的发展方向与关注重点。 |

To promote the application of electromagnetic rheological technology in aerospace, the research
progress of electromagnetic rheological materials and devices at home and abroad was elaborated in detail. A
classification and summary of electromagnetic rheological materials were conducted based on material type, rheological
properties, and evolution of materials. The working principle of electromagnetic rheological devices was introduced, and
the construction forms and parameter optimization methods of electromagnetic rheological devices were
comprehensively compared. The research status and application problems of magnetorheological technology in whole spacecraft vibration isolation systems were reviewed. The application advantages and technical challenges of
electrorheological materials and devices in the whole spacecraft vibration isolation system were pointed out. Finally, the
future development direction and focus of the application of electrorheological technology to aerospace vibration
isolation were overlooked. |
