| 针对卫星星体对天线视场的遮挡,传统带根部展开机构的可动数传天线设计可能因伸展臂过长,整体尺寸超出整星要求设计包络范围,或者因天线伸展臂与机构底座结合,导致天线整体重量过大,卫星发射成本剧增,经济效益低下的问题,本文设计了一种伸展臂折叠的星载可动反射面天线的结构构型,通过铰链折叠伸展臂的设计能够实现天线收拢包络尺寸小,而天线展开伸出高度大;同时去除了传统带根部底座,大大减小了天线整体的重量。本文阐述了新设计的可动反射面天线系统组成、结构设计和工作原理,并通过有限元力学仿真对天线进行验证,验证了这种新型反射面数传天线结构设计的可行性和合理性。 |

| Due to the increasingly severe obstruction of the antenna field of view by satellite bodies, traditional design schemes for movable data transmission antennas with root unfolding mechanisms either have excessively long unfolding arms that exceed the design envelope range required for the entire satellite, or the antenna unfolding arms are combined with the mechanism base, resulting in excessive weight of the antenna, a significant increase in satellite launch costs, and low economic benefits. Therefore, a structural configuration of a foldable satellite borne movable reflector antenna with unfolding arms has been designed. The design of the hinge folding and unfolding arm in this scheme can achieve a small size of antenna folding envelope, while a high height of antenna unfolding and extension;At the same time, this scheme removes the traditional design with a base, greatly reducing the overall weight of the antenna. The system composition, structural design, and working principle of the newly designed movable reflective surface data transmission antenna were explained. Finite element mechanics simulation was used to verify the antenna, proving the feasibility and rationality of the new reflective surface data transmission antenna structural design. |
