| 星载双反射面天线的装配精度是影响天线辐射性能的核心要素,传统依赖于高精度专用工艺装备的装配定位方法已越来越难以满足大尺寸双反射面天线的装配要求。为保证天线的装配质量,控制天线的研制成本,提出了一种主副反射面柔性装配定位装置,基于该装置给出了面向大尺寸、多构型天线的同轴度和距离调整方法。最后在4.5 m口径星载反射面天线上进行了应用验证,结果表明,该装置和调整方法可将大尺寸天线主副反射面的距离和同轴度控制在0.1 mm以内,不仅满足了大尺寸天线装配定位的现实需求,更提高了工装的通用性,使其能够快速服务于多个型号的天线装配。 |

| The assembly accuracy of spaceborne dual-reflector antennas is the core factor that affects the antenna radiation performance. Traditional assembly positioning methods relying on high-precision specialized equipment are increasingly difficult to meet the assembly requirements of large-sized dual-reflector antennas. In order to ensure the assembly quality and control the cost of the antenna, a flexible assembly equipment for antenna is proposed. Base on this equipment, a method for adjusting coaxiality and distance for large-size and multi-configuration antennas is given. Finally, the application is verified on the 4.5 m spaceborne dual-reflector. The result show that the equipment and adjustment can control the distance and coaxiality of antenna within 0.1 mm, which not only meets the practical needs of assembly positioning for large-sized antenna, but also improves the universality of the equipment, so that it can quickly serve the assembly of multiple types of antennas. |
