天线反射器是卫星有效载荷中最重要的部分,是实现对地探测、反映产品探测灵敏度的关键部件。为保证碳纤维基底天线反射器在轨工作精度,同时满足特定的热控属性、电属性需求,提出采用真空沉积法在碳纤维基底表面镀制粘结膜层(NiCr)、反射膜层(Al)、保护膜层(SiO2)的膜层设计方法。通过在试片上镀制膜层并测试,验证碳纤维基底真空沉积膜层的可行性。 |

The antenna reflector is the most important part of the satellite payload. And it’s the critical component to realize ground target detecting and reflect the detection sensitivity of the products. In order to ensure the working precision on orbit and satisfy the specific thermal control requirements and electrical performance of the carbon fiber substrate antenna reflector, the method of coating techniques are proposed to prepare adhesive coating(NiCr), reflective coating(Al) and protective coating(SiO2) by vacuum desosition on the surface of carbon fiber substrate. In the end, the coating in the samples is prepared and the performance is tested to verify the feasibility of vacuum deposition coating on carbon fiber substrate. |
