详细论述了通过热处理研究,采用不同工艺方法,尤其是固溶和时效对组织、性能影响,进行了大量实验,并对结果深入分析,从中找出了热处理影响的内在规律。采用该热处理工艺方法,能够针对不同批次材料起到稳定铸件组织,提高了产品力学性能的作用,取得了预期效果。 |

The paper studied heat treatment different techniques in detail, especially solution and aging treatment had what kind of microstructure and property effect, and the internal discipline was also found out by many experiments and analysis. This technique could make casting microstructure stable, increase products mechanical properties to different batch materials, and attain the results expected. |
