通过试验对比了不同状态下2519/5A06异种铝合金熔焊焊接接头的力学性能。分析发现,采用热输入小的脉冲氩弧焊时,焊接接头力学指标离散度较大,并且强度较低。增加辅助随焊捶击后,虽然焊接接头力学性能稳定,但强度提高不明显。而采用A-TIG方法焊接时,焊接接头力学性能明显提高。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper, the mechanical performance of 2519/5A06 welded joint under different conditions is compared by experiments. The results indicate that when pulse-TIG is chosen, the dispersion of the mechanical index of welded joint is high and the strength is low. After TIG with trailing peening is used, the mechanical property of the joint is stable but there is no obvious change for the strength. The mechanical property is significantly improved with the avtive-flux. |
