| 在分析钛及其合金的焊接性的基础上，总结了电子束焊接TC4钛合金过程中容易出现的典型焊缝质量缺陷，如裂纹、气孔以及咬边等，阐述了各种缺陷的形成机理，归纳并提出了各种缺陷的预防措施。 |

| Based on the weldability analysis of titanium and its alloys, this paper summarizes the typical quality defects of TC4 titanium alloy weld used electron beam welding, such as cracks, bubble and undercut. Then, formation mechanism of the various defects is described and kinds of defects prevention are summarized and proposed. |
