基于有限元模拟软件MSC. Marc建立了GH4169滚珠旋压工艺的三维刚塑性有限元模型,建模过程中特别考虑了滚珠自转和滚动摩擦的作用,分析了不同变形区和不同阶段的应力应变分布规律。研究了减薄率、滚珠直径、进给比等工艺参数对等效应变和变形均匀性的影响。结果表明,滚珠旋压件内表面单元各向应变均比外表面小,并存在时间滞后,工件轴向和径向在分别产生拉应变和压应变之前都有一个相反的应变产生。滚珠旋压过程中等效应变随减薄率和进给比的增加而增大,随滚珠直径的增大而减小。当减薄率为25%~35%,进给比为0.5~1.2mm/r时,变形均匀性系数较小,坯料变形最均匀。 |

A three dimensional rigid-plastic FE model of GH4169 ball spinning was proposed based on the FE simulation software MSC. Marc. The rotation and rolling friction of the ball were considered during modeling. Using the model, the stress-strain distribution of different areas during every step was obtained. The influence of the spinning parameters, such as thickness reduction rate, ball diameter and feed ratio, on the equivalent strain and deformation uniformity was analyzed. The results demonstrate that the strain of the internal element was smaller than that of the external one and the occurrence of the deformation of the internal element was later than that of the external. Before the blank experienced the tensile and compressive strain in axial and radial direction, respectively, there was an opposite strain occurred. The equivalent strain increased with the increasing of reduction ratio and feed rate, while decreased with the increase of the ball diameter. When the thickness reduction rate ranged 25%~35%and the feed rate was 0.5~1.2mm/r, the coefficient of deformation uniformity was small and the deformation was uniform. |
