通过提出固体火箭发动机绝热层的炭层质量对其烧蚀性能的影响,研究了以耐烧蚀树脂为主的改进三元乙丙橡胶耐烧蚀性能的绝热层材料配方。结果表明,树脂含量在15份(100份橡胶)时,材料有着较好的烧蚀性能(线烧蚀率和质量烧蚀率分别为0.048mm/s,0.045g/s)和力学性能(拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为5.68MPa,398.1%)。为研究耐烧蚀、抗冲刷条件下的绝热层材料提供了可靠的参考。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper, the influence of carbon layer quality of solid rocket motor insulation on ablation property are advanced, then it studies the EPDM insulation formula which is mainly of ablation-resisting resin with improved ablation-resisting property. The results show that the insulation has good ablation property under the content 15 parts of resin, in the meantime, line ablation rate is 0.048mm/s, mass ablation rate is 0.045g/s, and tensile strength is 5.68 MPa, elongation at break rate is 398.1%. This study is helpful to researching the insulation material under ablation-resisting and erosion-resisting conditions. |
