针对航天产品典型构件,设计了等温成形工艺方案流程和成形工艺工装,对7A04铝合金精密等温成形工艺进行了研究。试验研究结果表明:成形速度在0.5~1mm/s速度范围内,零件尺寸公差可以控制在±0.2mm范围内,表面粗糙度Ra不大于3.2μm;成形温度对零件表面质量和变形抗力影响较大,成形温度越低,零件表面质量越好。分析测试结果表明:精密等温成形件纤维流线完整,呈各向同性,力学性能优良。 |

Abstract: |
In allusion to space typical structure, the isothermal forming process programs and working tools are designed, and the isothermal precision forming technology of 7A04 aluminum alloy is studied. The test results show that when forming speed is in the range of 0.5~1mm/s, part dimensional tolerances can be controlled in the range of ±0.2mm, and the surface roughness Ra is not more than 3.2μm; forming temperature has a great influence on the part surface quality and deformation resistance, as the lower the forming temperature is, the better part surface quality can be obtained. Mechanical property testing results show that the isothermal precision formed parts are isotropic, and they have complete fiber flow line and excellent mechanical properties. |
