针对形状结构复杂的某产品上34个M36×3-6H内螺纹加工进行了工艺攻关,提出采用旋风铣的方法,并编制数控加工程序,有效解决了难加工材料大直径内螺纹的加工难题,在此基础上实现了数控加工程序的参数化,理论上可以实现任意直径、任意螺距、任意深度螺纹的加工,并在其他型号产品上得到应用。 |

Abstract: |
This paper focuses on the CNC machining process of a product with complex shape and structure and 34 M36×3-6H threads. Research processes were carried out and whirlwind milling method was used. CNC machining programs were also prepared. All these give an effective solution to solve the problems of large diameter threads machining. Based on this, the CNC machining program was parameterized, so any diameter thread with any pitch and any depth can be achieved theoretically. This method was also used in other type products. |
