The task of spacecraft assembly, integration and test in our company is in a new stage now. The paper picks up the essential of project management such as quality, schedule, risk, etc, and also introduces some processes, methods and tools of management for spacecraft AIT. It points out the way to break through the restriction of resources such as equipment, personnel and technical guarantee, so as to make the spacecraft AIT project carried out by the best program, meanwhile, it offers practical and theoretical support for organizational strategy. |
